The Jive Aces are set to release their vibrant new single, Have a Banana on Friday 11th April, just in time for "National Banana Day" on April 16th. This upbeat track, penned by film director Kevin Short, captures the band’s signature high-energy swing style with a playful twist, celebrating the quirky charm of the beloved fruit.

The single spun out of Short’s independent film “Bonnie and Clive,” where it serves as a thematic centrepiece, enhancing the movie’s adventurous and lighthearted spirit. This collaboration blends The Jive Aces’ infectious musical flair with Short’s creative storytelling, promising a delightful treat for both fans and filmgoers.

The music video will be released later along with the film but has already been accepted into several film festivals and won four awards!
